Exciting opportunity for business development professionals. The BDE would be required to plan and carry out all business development activities. The ideal candidate should be confident and must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for bright and talented individuals with experience as well as aptitude to be successful in this complex role.

Roles Definition :

- Business development is one who responsible for generating Leads to Shobha Glob's by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to potential clients.

- Sourcing accurate contact details from online source like LinkedIn, Google Search and from offline networks of the decision maker from HR and Marketing Department of companies in business of solar or energy industry.

- Maintaining the database on internal templates of the organization.

- Preparing sales meeting via structured research about targeting with client requirements.

- Consult with sales teams to understand client requirements.

- Negotiating sales deals with win win approach.

- Be the interface between client and the operation team from contract to completion of project.

- Regularly review sales process improvements

Technical Requirements :

- Should have experience in MW Scale solar Experience.

- In depth understanding of PV Models, Electrical control panels, AJB & ACDB, String Inverters, Central Inverters, Solar Structures, Solar MMS, Solar Streetlight and Solar products.

- Should have good social media managerial skill.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PPT and any of the CRM software.

- Should have a good Networking with B2B & B2C in solar & Energy sector.

- Added benefits of knowing the process of Government Tenders specifical in solar or energy sector.

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Desire for continuous improvement and career advancement

- Should have good telephonic skills.

- Existing client's relationship management

- Experience in sales or marketing background

- Face to Face, On-site client experience

- Understanding and analysing the specific target market.

- Previous sales experience preferred. Customer service experience required.

Qualification :

- BE (Mechanical/Electrical) with 2-3 years of experience in solar industry.
