Job Responsibilities :
- Establish the strategy to generate business in B2B space
- Creation of an Inbound and Outbound omnichannel system which keeps on generating new customers in an autopilot mode
- Automation of the entire journey of a customer
- Develop a process of seeking regular feedback from the customer
- Ensuring the Marketing and Sales department are in sync and the marketing team acts as a core function of the organization
- Automation of the process of acquiring the customer using new channels of communication Establish connects with Influencers in a specific geography and establish brand value capitalizing on that relation
- Creating a content-driven marketing approach and also ensuring as an organization, the same language is communicated across teams
- Establishing connects with Writers/Authors of different platforms like Yourstory, Inc42 and getting the coverage for DevX
Qualification/Experience :
- Deep knowledge and interest in SEO, SEM, blogs, and business analytics
- Strong understanding of search engine-friendly web design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations
- Experience working with small/medium businesses
- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
- Strong analytical capability
- Passion to continuously learn and grow
- Should have good communication skills and should be presentable.
