Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring an Agency Development Manager, to implements and promotes sales drives and campaigns in coordination with Agency Development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential agency partners.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on the performance of agency partners.
- Communicate partner needs and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required candidate:
- Education - bachelor's degree
- Min 2 to 3 years if experience in Field sales
- Able to handle work pressure
- Good communication skill
