Development Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (1-20 yrs)
Job Purpose
Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor(agents interacting with customers), Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Financial Advisor
Fixed Salary - 2.60 lacs + Variable pay of 3 K per Monthly reimbursement+ Incentives
- Licensing of the agents and building own team
- Driving productivity of the new and vintage agents
- Driving performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
- Coaching and mentoring of the PFA
- Delivering new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis
Qualifications 10th Pass Minimum Qualification, proficiency in MS Excel
Experience: Minimum 1 years sales experience. Handling team experience will be an added advantage
