Development Manager - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
For India's Leading Life Insurance Company, We Are Recruiting a Development Manager for The Agency Channel Department.
To generate business with life insurance through your own team of financial advisors in the agency channel, you need train, motivate, and support them.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads through Your Local Network
- Create a team on your own
- Train them for sales target
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Reward agents and encourage them to accomplish the goal.
- Using strategic planning, select the appropriate agents to target.
- Candidates with prior experience in BFSI will have an added advantage.
Candidates Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience: Mini. 2+ Years in sales and Marketing
- Age: 21 to 38 years.
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 2 years.
