Development Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
roles and obligations
1. Personal financial advisor hiring and training (agents interacting with customers)
2. Bringing in new clients and retaining current ones with a team of motivated personal financial advisors The agent's licence
3. Productivity of modern and former agents
4. Maintain a strong redevelopment market
5. Coordinating with operations for the issuance of new business and the collection of renewal fees
6. Coordination between the customer and PFA to ensure that renewal collection runs smoothly and to facilitate cross- and up-selling
7. Effectively implementing various sales promotions for the PFA
8. Coaching and mentoring as PFA intervention
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must me within 10 - 12 KM radius of respective branch
2. Preferably married with dependents
3. Should reside 5 or more than 5 yrs in City
4. Must have own vehicle
5. Must be from hard core field sales background. No inside sales, tele callers are required.
6. Presentable with decent comm. skills
7. Must have strong market and contact base as need to recruit agents.
8. Team handling experience will be having add on advantage as in that case person will be
mature enough to lead team of agents.
9. No job hopers will be considered.
