Job Description.

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;

Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

Responding to incoming email and phone enquirers

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;

Gathering market and customer information;

Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;

Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;

Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

Forecast sales targets

Should aware of online portals i.e. ELANCE, GURU and ODESK

Writing proposal, RFP, RFI responses for prospects.

- Immediate joiners would be given preference

Candidate Profile:

Excellent command of English.

Strong communication and persuading skills & the ability to pitch/bid

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change.

Good ability to deal with clients at all levels.

Confident in exercising a good judgement in decision making skills.

Stable to handle change and cultural sensitivity.

Exceptional management and motivational skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Minimum experience- Fresher can also apply

Maximum experience- 1year
