Role:
We are looking for a results driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager with a strong new business focus to join our growing sales team! Your main goal is to create & identify rising business opportunities, manage the sales process & relationship with clients and help us to scale our products.
Responsibility:
- Developing and managing relationships with Client stakeholders
- Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of technology driven solutions across value chain
- Developing and maintaining account roadmap with action plan and stakeholder mapping to achieve targets
- Perform market analysis and competitor analysis at organization and product levels
- Follow the market and provide insights about changing landscape and upcoming technology for the given products
- Create, refine and maintain sales collaterals on products including elevator pitches, brochures, flyers, detailed product presentations etc.
- Prepare and write detailed responses to RFPs and prepare presentations and solution architecture
- Understand the industrial domains (such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Utilities etc), and the fitment of our products in the domain and craft solutions that provide good value realization
- Maintain deep knowledge of the feature set and roadmap, unlocking prospects blocked by product gaps to highlight a solution for business problems
- 3 to 5 years Successful experience in a Pre-Sales role or equivalent customer-facing role in B2B for digital solutions
- Experience in building executive relationships with key customer stakeholders and ability to build rapport quickly with customers and various internal teams
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to Senior Executive / Board level
- Influenced strategic deals through innovative solutioning
- Worked with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Computer Vision etc. and ability to understand the above technologies at a high level
- Management degree is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
