DeTect Technologies - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
The candidate will be at the forefront of the client interaction and will be responsible for growth of the account and maintaining relationship from new and existing clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Keep track of current industry trends, market activities of competitors
- Develop collaterals (pitch deck, newsletters, write-ups etc)
- Communicate new product developments to existing/prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Prepare sales contracts / filing tenders ensuring adherence to regulatory rules and guidelines
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3-year experience in any industry preferably related to oil and gas.
- Candidates must have a good understanding of the industrial digital ecosystem and applications of technology in Industry.
- MBA Fresher with a passion for Sales.
- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English writing/speaking
- Market knowledge
