Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of detailing technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Schedule appointments, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow for detailing technicians.

- Maintain inventory levels of detailing products, equipment, and supplies.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.

- Maintain strong relationship with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.

- Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to customers.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development.

- You'll have to visit our other stores in Delhi (NCR) occasionally.
