Dess Digital Meetings - Manager - Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Execute day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and evolving needs.
2) Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
3) Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
4) Analyze client insights, trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
5) Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
6) Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
7) Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
8) Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
9) Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
10) Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
11) Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
12) Maintain professional and technical knowledge by benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
13) Be highly logical and analytical in approach
14) Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.
15) Be data driven and flexible to changes with a natural passion for problem solving.
16) Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Key Skills Preferred :
1) Proven experience of minimum 10 years in Marketing
2) Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with clients and data
3) Comfortable dealing with detailed strategies and the processing of metric information
4) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
5) Ability to work well in a results oriented environment with firm deadlines;
6) Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively while being results-driven and patient
7) Able to work both independently and as part of a team
8) High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
9) Strong analytical skills
10) Capable of making timely, independent decisions
11) Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skill
12) Ability to think outside the box and generate and implement new ideas.

16) Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
17) Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
18) Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
19) Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
20) Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
21) Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
22) Self-driven personality having familiarity with Hubspot, blogging, content creation
23) Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO etc.)
