Dess Digital - Manager - Inside Sales (2-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Minimum 2 plus years of experience in inside sales in B2B.
- Strengthen pipeline by cold calling, emailing and arranging referrals to generate leads with C-Level executives of large private and public sector prospective clients.
- Support and help internal business development teams by outbound prospecting, follow up on leads and develop opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Should be tech savvy and exposure to social media tools like LinkedIn would be an added advantage
- Create and maintain mailing lists for newsletters to plan and execute regular newsletter campaigns.
- Drive accountability within the team to meet business development objectives.
- Execute and orchestrate gamification techniques to achieve objectives.
- Ensure compliance with sales methods and process across sales development team.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of lead processes, metrics and activities.
- Capture regular sales activities in a leading CRM tool.
- Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.
