Dess Digital - Manager - Business Development (6-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluate their position; research and analyze sales options, gather market and client intelligence
- Arrange meetings with potential client C-level executives to prospect for new business.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Identify product requirement in assigned accounts by engaging with different user teams to increase product usage.
- Demonstrate the product by understanding specific requirements of the prospects;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.
- Deeply engage with the prospect and study the organization hierarchy and decision makers.
- Negotiate the terms and achieve sales;
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations; - Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
