As an Enterprise Sales Specialist at Deskera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by building relationships with prospects and winning new customers. We are seeking a dynamic sales professional who excels in consultative discussions, has a keen understanding of business and technical aspects, and brings experience working with startups and SMBs.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Effectively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
2. Engage potential customers effectively to understand their needs and adeptly pitch Deskera products, ensuring successful negotiations leading to sales closures.
3. Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring
customer satisfaction at each stage.
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and
addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
5. Conduct comprehensive demonstrations of Deskera products to potential customers,
highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their requirements.
6. Utilize CRM systems to gather data, analyse trends, and prepare reports as per
requirements.
7. Regularly monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate
forecasting, and effective prioritization of leads.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments
to maintain a competitive edge and inform sales strategies.
9. Develop a deep understanding of the Deskera suite of products, positioning them
effectively to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
Desired Skills:
1. 4-6 years of experience in B2B software sales.
2. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Proficient in negotiating and closing complex deals.
