Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

3) Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets.

Partnerships and Collaborations :

1) Establish partnerships with educational institutions, corporates and government agencies.

2) Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.

3) Manage partner relationships and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Sales and Revenue Growth :

1) Generate Leads and Convert them into sales.

2) Meet revenue targets and expand Placify's customer base.

3) Develop and maintain sales pipelines and forecasts.

Skills and Qualification :

1) 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.

2) Ed-Tech industry knowledge and experience.

3) Strong networking and relationship building skills,

4) Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

5) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Performance Indicators :

1) Quarterly revenue targets.

2) Monthly sales meetings and conversions.

3) Partnership agreements signed.

4) Customer satisfaction ratings.

5) Team collaboration and feedback.
