- Inbound and outbound calls to customers on a regular basis.
- Maintaining the record of calls and keeping track of missed calls ensuring no customer is missed.
- Making about 50 calls per day.
- The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, having knowledge about upcoming technologies in the smartphone segment is a bonus.
