Job Title : Constituency Manager

Department : Ground Campaign

Location : Various locations throughout Rajasthan

Reports To : Campaign Manager.

Job Summary :

- We are looking for a Dynamic and Experienced Constituency Manager to join our team.

- As a Constituency Manager, you will be responsible for managing the constituency, communicating with clients, and conceptualizing and executing campaign strategies. You will play a crucial role in engaging with the campaign and overseeing its day-to-day affairs. You will also be a bridge between the Ground team and Office team to get the things executed.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy Execution : Collaborate with the team to execute strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of the client.

Client Engagement : Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to further strengthen the campaign.

Campaign Management : Oversee the day-to-day affairs of the campaign, ensuring its smooth execution, timely delivery of tasks, and adherence to budgets and deadlines.

Stakeholder Interaction : Interact with external stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and sectoral experts, to build relationships, gather insights, and foster collaborations that contribute to the success of the campaign.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal team members, including campaign strategists, analysts, and designers, to ensure a coordinated approach and seamless execution of campaign activities.

Reporting and Documentation : Prepare regular reports on campaign progress, key performance indicators, and any necessary documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to clients and senior management.

Branding : Develop and implement effective branding strategies to enhance the campaign's visibility and impact.

Media Liaison : Establish and maintain relationships with media personnel to effectively communicate campaign messages and garner support.

Booth Management : Coordinate booth operations, ensuring efficient logistics, staff training, and a positive voter experience.

Ground-Related Activities : Organize and manage various ground activities, including rallies, events, and volunteer coordination.

Hiring : You will be responsible to hire your local team and ensure that the required headcount is always readily available.

Qualifications & Skills :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in political campaign management, public relations, or a related field. Previous experience working with clients and managing campaigns will be highly advantageous.
