Job Description/Responsibilities :
Key Accountabilities :
The Sales Leader will be responsible for, but not limited to :
- Perform duties in alignment with the company's Mission, Values, Mission;
- Close sales through a consultative sales process;
- Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the value proposition of your events.
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information;
- Soliciting new clients to exhibit and sponsor in assigned trade show(s) within a defined and protected territory.
- Making cold calls and having at least 30 conversations with clients daily.
- Researching potential new clients and prospects using various resources for business development.
- Actively participate in regular weekly sales meetings and host one meeting a month.
- Weekly reporting of all sales activity, pipeline and forecasts with accurate reporting to the Commercial Sales Director.
- Promoting and actively cross-selling into events within the Royce Links portfolio.
- Creating strong relationships through having face-to-face meetings with existing clients in order to identify future opportunities.
- Working to achieve industry appropriate mix of clients whose products, services and technology are being displayed at each event.
- Allocating exhibition space and prioritizing the placement of clients including renewals based on their specific needs and featured products and services, as well as featured venues.
- Preparing and entering all contracts and/or supporting paperwork into Sales force for timely processing.
- Ensuring the overall level of sales & customer service meets Royce Links events standards.
