designADDA - Sales/Business Development Executive (2-4 yrs)
(Person with hands on experience in IT sales & Edutech company sales preferred)
Approaching schools & organizations, taking the proposition to the management/ concerned department and arranging the demonstration of our product
- Create a database of potential leads and update them on a daily basis in the master database sheet and update them on CRM tool.
- Research, analyze need and strike initial customer contact through calls / visits.
- Visit 4-5 prospects in a day.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Do a market research of competitors constantly, find out their products and their features and pass it on to the marketing team
- Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstration kiosks
- Formulate business proposals according to customers- business needs
- Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
- Review self sales performance with a view to improve it
- Handling all the documentation work with the client until completion (e.g., signing up of the contracts)
- Maintain strong after sales relation with the customer.
