- To act as a link between the company and the client.

- Handle multiple accounts right from receiving design briefs, briefing the design team and managing account deliverables within the set timelines.

- Actively engaging with the designing team to ensure that the design solution being presented to the client meets/surpasses expectations.

- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.

- Allotting work to the team members, and updating them if there are any changes needed.

- Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.

- Responsible for delivery of creatives of all projects and ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables at all times.

- Working towards growing client retention.

- Manage and keep your team motivated.

- Manage Team's KPI.

- Manage Team's Roster.

- Present monthly reports your reporting manager & management.

- Evaluate performance of your team and work towards your team's growth plan.

Required Experience:

- 3+ years of experience.

- A team player, who has an eye for details, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attention to detail and a background in Graphic Designing/ has an in-depth understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.

- Applicant must be a level-headed person with strong communication skills.

- Should possess understanding of softwares like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Adept at multitasking, decision making and problem solving.

- Ability to handle crisis situations with ease.

- High quality work output.

- Quick response to deadlines and an eye for detail.

- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
