Design-Crafter Studio Projects - Manager - Business Development (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- You will be responsible for doing Business Development for Occupier (Corporate/ Residential) clients for Project Management Services.

- You will be responsible for managing client relationship in India

- Using our existing platform, work with India Business Leaders to develop a process/system of efficiently tracking & reporting business progress to your manager.

- Developing processes to track the market dynamics, competition intelligence in coordination with India Research team, P & L Heads to support the process of creating short as well as long term strategies.

- Track Debtors with the team and ensuring diligent follow up is done by the team work on RFPs with information & strategic solutions.

- Assist with maintaining an accurate and up to date client database

- Cross-Selling/business to other service lines of Design-Crafter Studio Projects Pvt. Ltd..

Success Metrics :

- Conversion of Business Development leads

- Accuracy & extent of client Database

- Implementing and tracking performance metrics and delivering regular reports on the same

- Timely and accurate submission to RFPs and Conversion ratios of pitches

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience of corporate/ B2B sales with very good corporate relations

- Managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach

- Knowledge of the organization and contacts

- Should be passionate about Sales

Knowledge and Skills :

- Excellent language fluency, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Good selling and negotiation skills

- Ability to understand complex processes

- Customer minded attitude

- Good analytical skills and aptitude to self-learning

Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 6 years in Business Development & B2B Sales

- Preferably with major in Sales/Business Development, business administration, MBA degree desirable

- Well-versed in analytical acumen, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills

- Preferably someone with Engineering/Architectural background.
