Design Cafe - Manager - Channel Sales (2-6 yrs)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Most important: Has a strong and big network of realtors, builders, architects and interior designers
- New Business development : Constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of Design Cafe's business operations
- Create lead funnels and lead projections for the financial year
- Manage lead targets across multiple cities and deliver on the same
- Measure and report performance of all channel partners and new initiatives
- Plan and execute key programs for multiple channel partners
- Work in tandem with other marketing teams and sales to reach revenue targets and execute marketing communication
- Work with Architects/Builders to design executive communication to onboard them
- Maintain relationships with top performing channel partners
- Ensure strong sales, partner and business alignment through cross-functional collaborations to drive execution
- Ensure business processes are followed across the teams in multiple cities and due reporting is done for data
- Pitching Design Cafe, onboarding prime channel partners and supporting them in creating awareness about the brand
- Constantly training the team to improve their pitch, find new partners and drive leads out of the same
- Single handedly being responsible for revenue targets from the team
- Will be handling south region for the brand
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Strong area sales experience (2 years min)
- Prior sales experience and ability to have achieved revenue targets repeatedly
- Comfortable with travelling
- Interiors Design/Real estate/Architect background - IMPORTANT
