Desidime is looking to bring on board an assistant online marketing manager join its online marketing team - someone who is passionate about online Marketing.

Reports to : Head of Online Marketing

Key Responsibilities Areas :

PPC Advertising

- Implement PPC strategy across Google, Yahoo, Bing & Facebook .

- Analyze campaign click through rate, conversion, spend, landing pages and creative to identify growth/optimization opportunities.

- Utilize tools & analytics data to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.

- Track & Report Performance of all campaigns

- Stay on top of industry best practices & make recommendations to improve PPC strategy.

- Mobile App Promotion Campaigns (Prior experience in this area is preferable)

- Participate in creating overall plan for acquiring new users for DesiDime app.

- Coordinate with agencies for app acquisition campaigns.

- Track & Report quality of installs received from paid & non paid channels

- Stay on top of industry best practices & make recommendations to improve App promotion strategy.

Skills we we looking for :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns

- In depth knowledge of online marketing, PPC (Google Adwords, Yahoo Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads) .

- Strong Analytical skills (good knowledge of Google Analytics )

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- E-commerce experience (Good to have)

- Mobile App Acquisition experience (Good to have)
