Deputy Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We're looking for an Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets. The Insurance Sales Manager will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance to sales agents
Duties and obligations consist of :
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Meet with clients to discuss their changing needs and evaluate the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Drive sales lead generation from advisors
- Recruiting advisors, and motivating them to sell the company products and earn payouts.
- Meet with clients to discuss their changing needs and evaluate the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Achieving predetermined sales targets.
- Coordinating lead generation with marketing
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
