Deputy Sales Manager - Chemical (3-8 yrs)
Our client is a leading chemical company with 2 manufacturing facilities in India. It is part of a large and diversified Business Group.
Job Description:
1) New business development.
2) Increasing the business potential of existing customers and Retaining them.
3) Achieving revenue & volume targets along with collection for existing business.
4) Providing competitor product information with samples to R&D for developing equivalent/better products.
5) Channel partner management.
6) Preparing and sending visit reports to immediate superiors.
7) Ensuring sample collection as per schedule.
8) Scrutinizing the lab reports before sending to customers. Maintaining good CRM through timely delivery of reports.
9) Regular consolidation of marketing intelligence information and sending to HOD.
10) Coordinating with Marketing for product specification.
11) Scrutinising and approving special price request for order generation.
12) Responsible for approving sample request and vendor payment.
13) Liaising with government agencies for indirect taxation related matters.
14) Network with senior officials at customer end.
15) Monthly sales forecast from team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be a B E./ B Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgy, with 3- 8 years experience in sale of industrial products, majorly B2B / Direct Clients.
