Deputy Sales Manager - Banking (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated Deputy Sales Manager who is looking to build a long-term career in India's Leading Banking Sector.
Job Purpose:
As a Deputy Sales Manager at Bank, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service
Job Roles and Duties:
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs and provide them with appropriate solutions
Sales : Identify potential sales opportunities and cross-sell products and services to customers to achieve sales targets
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Risk Management : Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures, and minimize the risk of fraud and losses
Teamwork : Work closely with other team members to achieve team targets and provide support when required
Market Intelligence : Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and new products and services offered by the bank
Reporting : Prepare reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant metrics
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 to 5 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing from any Industry
-1 year of stability required in previous companies
-Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours
- Highly motivated individual
