Job Summary:

The Key Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify clients' needs and propose suitable life insurance solutions based on their requirements.

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their insurance portfolio and provide expert advice on policy enhancements or changes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.

- Achieve assigned sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant insurance products and services.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing the value proposition of Aviva's offerings.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

- Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends in life insurance to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Min. 2 Years Exp. In BFSI Sales

- Proven experience in sales or relationship management

- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
