Deputy Manager - Telesales - Internet/Online (5-8 yrs)
Brief Description about the role
Responsible for Revenue Generation by managing teams of Tele Sales and Services Executives, TLs and making sure they generate leads and convert them into sales. Ensuring delivery on productivity along with product mix.

Key Deliverable
1. Monitor and manage productivity from a team of Telesales Executives, Team Leads
2. Attrition Control
3. Segregate the leads across the executives
4. Coordinate with the collection team.
5. Ensure that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets
6. Motivating and driving the executives towards incentives
7. Conduct morning meetings with their team members and discuss the target status
8. Coordinate with the collection team
9. Review the performance of their team members and report their performance to the Telesales Team Leaders.
