Deputy Manager - Social Media - Telecom (5-8 yrs)
1. The incumbent will work closely with the reporting manager and will play key role in delivering communications as per agreed plans and timelines.
2. The incumbent will also be responsible to drive engagements, develop content and manage social media interactions.
3. Develop and execute innovative concepts and copy for cross-channel initiatives including direct mail, digital, email, video scripts for social media and internal consumption.
4. Develop key messaging for the delivery of the corporate strategy, campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Deliver on an integrated and ongoing internal communications plan to drive engagement within the organisation and on social media.
6. Knowledge of designing softwares like CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop with Ability to design elements like emails, banners, posters etc. will be an advantage.
7. Support in building CSR strategy.
