Job Description :

1. Managing Project Sales, as well as New Business Development activities for Solar Rooftop and Ground, mounted utility-scale projects by approaching potential Clients.

2. Understanding of current market scenario about solar development, competition, tariff, EPC costing, new technology, state policies, approvals etc.

3. Must have rich experience in resolving rooftop challenges as well as project development of utility-scale solar power projects from conceptualization to execution including understanding of state, analysing of state solar policy, state utility, land availability, solar generation, land survey/selection, processing of land due diligence, land acquisition, technical requirements, permits & approvals, vendor development, project stage inspections, commissioning of projects etc.

4. To coordinate the project development team for development of the project, ensure execution of projects within time at budgeted parameters.

5. Must have good networking and contacts in government/private agencies,

6. Liaison with various government and private agencies to assist them in implementing solar PV projects as per their requirement

7. To co-ordinate with Clients, approving authority, commercial team, site execution team, vendors & other relative individuals.

8. Providing required support to management and commercial team for understanding state, state policy, land availability/price, project cost etc. to participate into the tender.

9. Involvement in Business planning and assessing revenue potential within business opportunities.

10. Forecasting the annual Order Growth, periodic targets, Revenue planned and receivables along with the management team.

11. Possess good managerial qualities, communication skill & interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, Project Management

Qualification : M.B.A in Marketing, Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Experience : 2 to 7 years of experience in product marketing or Product management or related field (B2B software preferably). Design experience a plus. At least 2 years of experience in Solar industries Marketing.

- Networking and relationship management with client.

- Negotiation Skill

- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities (native English is a MUST)

- Able to work in demanding environment.

- Highly independent and self-motivated

Qualification : M.B.A in Marketing, Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
