Deputy Manager - Sales - Renewals (3-7 yrs)
Job Role:
- Manages a customer's existing renewable business. Primary focus is on renewals and retention through calling, with a secondary focus on growth.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
- Leverage the renewal activity to promote upsells .
- Partner with field sales and customer success to sell multi-year subscription renewals, Calling , upselling and demonstrating business value of our subscription.
- Directly negotiate all terms with client procurement teams.
- Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations, and contract preparation.
- Strategize with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive on different renewal scenarios for each client.
- Respond to questions from Customer Success Managers leadership on any aspect of the renewal.
- Preparing the renewal letters, quotations, invoices, and notifications
- Contacting clients directly to negotiate terms and conditions and render renewal contracts
- Positioning services and escalating pain points to the Sales and Customer Success team
- Forecasting trends and suggestions on how those trends can enhance retention rates
- Bridging between Sales, Finance and Customer Success
