Deputy Manager - Sales - Private Bank (2-10 yrs)
Level : M2 (Deputy Manager)

Reporting Relationship : Manager Corporate Relations (MCR)
CTC : up to 4.5 Lacs
JOB ROLE :
- Responsible for X-sell numbers from existing salary customers.
- Responsible for successfully contacting 10 customers per day.
- Responsible for meeting 4 customers per day.
- Responsible for 1 product sales (Insurance, Mutual Funds Online Trading, Loans) per day.
- Responsible for 4 worksite activities per month at mapped corporate for client engagement.
- Speed and efficiency in services rendered
- Back-up to Manager Corporate Relations holding HNI relationship
- To follow sales & service processes and update system on daily basis.
- To maintain good relations with Corporate HR/Admin/ Finance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- NISM Certified (MF Certification) & IRDA ( Life Insurance Certification) preferred
- Should have sales orientation
- Customer acquisition
- Customer retention
- Cost efficiency through process
- An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate/MBA
Experience Profile :
- At least 1 - 5 years- experience in Corporate / Major Accts Sales will be preferred

- Develops accurate objective assessments of issues even in complex or difficult situations.
- Anticipates, understands and addresses the changing needs of customers.
- An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers
- A deep liking to know people and develop relationship with them
