Job Description :
Title: AM/DM Sales Manager
Reports To: Sales Head
Job Purpose: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base.
- Owning recruiting objectives setting coaching & performance.
- Monitoring of sales representative.
- Preparing RFP (request for proposal) and RFI (Request for information) Develop manage and control the customers within defined demographic.
- Maintain the pipeline of target customers and review for periodic updates.
- Develop business with all categories A/B/C clients.
- Regularly and timely update the Moglix system with details of accounts, opportunities, sales lead etc.
- Development of existing business with the involvement of local management, pricing, verticals and route developments.
- Ensure timely submission of scheduled and performance reports.
- Ensure involvement of receivable team for timely collection as per defined guidelines for the respective customers.
- Maintain constant familiarization of product offerings and market developments.
- Should be able to handle customer grievance involving right resources within the organization.
Requirements:
- B.Tech./MBA degree in business sales or in related field.
- Proven ability to communicate
- Strong business sense & industry expertise.
- Dynamic personality and ability to drive people.
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
