Deputy Manager - Sales - BFS (1-4 yrs)
- To assist us in expanding our company, we are looking for a competent and experienced channel sales manager. You will also function as a link between our Sales and Marketing divisions.
Responsibilities:
1. The selection, evaluation, and training of new agents.
2. Assessing performance and producing action plans.
3. Establishing trustworthy relationships with the group and the clients.
4. Making sure that everyone on the workforce effectively controls their time.
5. Ensuring staff adherence to agency policies, rules, and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate/MBA
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of Field Sales Experience
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
