Deputy Manager - Sales - Battery (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Responsible for handling the Primary & secondary sales for battery.
2. Responsible to develop 2T, 3T networking through business partners. Add new retailers & mechanics every month as per the target assigned.
3. Responsible to organise all types of sales promotion activities like Van Campaign, PAC etc.
4. Responsible for sending all daily/monthly reports as per provided formats.
5. Responsible for monitoring schemes among 2T /3T partners.
6. Co-ordination with BH for achieving the assigned target, as a Team.
7. Maintain & update the database of the retailers periodically.
8. Keep a record of all activities of the competitors & inform BH on a weekly basis.
9. 5s Activities.
10. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
11. Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills
