Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our enterprise customer base, driving sales growth, and developing strategic relationships with key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing large accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management :

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.

Customer Success:

- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs

Market Analysis :

- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.

- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and forecasted revenue.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
