Qualification :
- Graduate
- MBA preferable
Experience :
- 8-12 years in similar domain, at least 2 years in sales of Hand Sanitizers/Balms/Digestives/Cough Lozenges /Antiseptic Creams /similar OTC products in North India especially Delhi/NCR
Key Result Areas :
- To play an active part in the formulation as well as implementation of Market/Outlet coverage plans, Sales Forecasts, Promotional plans as well as Distributor Prospecting and appointments.
- Accountable for sales budget achievement in both primary and secondary wise.
- Responsible for Super Stockist and Sub Distributor Channel in designated areas
- Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the Market and working in close interaction with the Distributors/Institutions
- Improve Visibility of the brand
- Inventory management.
- Monitoring the business trends to ensure regular business growth
