Job Description :
- Responsible for managing modern trade sales of specific accounts.
- Negotiation of Terms of Trade (TOT) margin with Customers.
- Develop & launch product marketing plan for new launches.
- Develop key accounts strategy and plans in connection with senior Sales Management.
- Plan and execute activities for increasing sales and stability of the brand.
- Formulizing & Tracking the consumer offer/trade schemes
- To handle visual merchandising and training for the MT team.
- Generation and timely submission of MIS to reporting authority
He should have exposure to handling large MT Accounts like Reliance, Home-town, Home Stop, Noble Plus, Wellness Forever, Mr DIY, More Retail (AVRL), Star Bazar, D-Mart etc. in Western Region.
