Deputy Manager - Marketing & Sales - Plastic Industry (7-11 yrs)
Required Position Details
Designation - Deputy Manager, Sales & Marketing
Location - Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Gandhinagar
Education Details - Graduation/ Post Graduation
Graduate / Diploma or any other engineer with relevant experience
Additional Qualification (Diploma or Certification)
Total Experience(in years) - 6 to 11 years
Salary Package (per annum) 5 to 6 lacs + perks as per Company
Preferred Industry : Plywood Industry
Duties and Responsibilites :
- Responsible Mainly to generate secondary sales for Distributors
- Generate enquires and order conversion in the allotted territories as per schedule
- Collect advance payment on receipt of order confirmation from the customers
- Follow up for dispatch of materials to customers as per schedule; follow up for payments and statutory forms from customers
- Channel Development and Infrastructure (Distributors / Retailers)
- Explore and develop strategy to handle new / prospective market
- Focus on brand building by increasing customers acceptability of products
- Handling Dealership related issues and challenges, achieving dealer business plan (for sales, manpower recruitment, funds, coverage, activities).
- Will visit all the pipe/sanitary/paint/cement and building material counters
- Will generate orders from above counters and will place it to the assigned distributor
- Retain existing customers and drive to convert potential customers to companys customer base
- Manage agents assigned to your territory and execute set targets assigned to agents
- Get feedback from customers on improvement of products
- Administratively, you shall be responsible for the following activities as illustrated
- Presenting annual performance report to Head of Department Over and above, you shall also be responsible for other activities as entrusted upon to you by management
