Deputy Manager- Marketing - Consumer Products (6-10 yrs)

Location : Mumbai
Mandatory : Candidate must be from Consumer product Company.
- Plan and monitor budget for ATL and BTL activation including Print, TV, Digital, on ground promotions, visibility, sampling etc in the region.
- Plan and devise new product launches in co-ordination with new product development team, marketing, merchandising and supply chain.
- Manage and co-ordinate with internal stake holders like sales team, internal creative team, logistic team, accounts team etc. for understanding market requirement, briefing and developing creatives, managing posm dispatches, invoice submissions and vendor payments respectively.
- Manage and co-ordinate with external stake holders like, brand communication and activation agencies, social media agencies to execute online and offline marketing activities for domestic and international market.
- Support Modern trade, E-com, CSD & Export Team for marketing activations to push sales.
- Manage merchandising and in-store promotions: hiring, training and monitoring performance of promoters and visual merchandize in GT and MT.
- POS planning and implementation
- Planning innovative and trendy POSM items for MT/SMT display. Lead the implementation in terms of printing and Fabrication as per the company brand image.
- Competition tracking : Keeping a track of competitor pricing, offer and other activities along with e-orders.
- Support planning and implementation of trade schemes.
- End to end vendor management.
