Deputy Manager - Marketing (4-10 yrs)
Driving Sales Promotion initiatives for the region in line with the business objectives. implement sales promotion plans and support initiatives.
- All promotional activity- Advertising, sales promotion, demo/caravans, new product launches, All sales aid/promotional items, interacting with event agency
- Develop appropriate marketing initiatives for existing and new products to address to the business needs in coordination with the HO marketing teams
- Exhibition, customer meets, product displays, market mapping, usage segments etc.
- Ensure availability of all promotional material, including sales aids, brochures, posters and other POP
- MAP(Monthly activity plan)- review and cost control
- Ensure capturing of data during marketing activities and report Effectiveness check of activities

Market intelligence :
Monitor competition activity - New products, pricing, activities of competitors
Market Research :
- Co-ordinate & Roll out dip stick market surveys, customer feedback surveys and consolidate data for analysis
