Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned project/(s).
- Conduct Client Visits and manages Walk Ins.
- Presenting property solutions to clients.
- Generate business through Channel Partners.
- Having a Daily Follow-up with Enquiries Regarding Booking Status.
- Giving Daily Report of booking to Business Head.
- Participate in exhibitions for promoting sales.
- Scout for new sales opportunities through client references.
- Identifies business opportunities to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
- Produce marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future ventures.
