- Achieve Sales Target assigned
- Ensure SO has leads basis segmentation & CRM initiatives
- Ensure reporting & correct MI related to segmentation, analytics, sales calls & conversions (all parameters)
- Monitor DSR and DLS reports for each SO on a daily basis and ensure proper reporting to the HO
- Maintain relationship with the BM & other staff members to ensure ongoing support to the SO
