Deputy Manager/Manager - Performance Marketing (8-18 yrs)
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Experiment with new tools and techniques to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and user experience.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior management, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
