Deputy Manager/Manager - Marketing - CNG/PNG Gases (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitor landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the CNG and PNG market.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach various customer segments (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and new market opportunities.
Brand Management and Communication:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company's CNG and PNG products, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns including advertising, public relations, social media, and digital marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop customer-centric communication strategies to educate consumers about the benefits of CNG and PNG.
Sales Support and Lead Generation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Develop marketing materials and sales collateral to support the sales process.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
Pricing and Product Positioning:
- Develop pricing strategies for CNG and PNG products based on market analysis and competitive landscape.
- Position the company's products effectively within the market to highlight unique value propositions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Implement customer loyalty programs to retain existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and address concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for all CNG and PNG marketing activities.
- Track marketing campaign performance and ROI to optimize spending.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the energy sector, preferably with a focus on CNG and PNG.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Digital marketing expertise including social media management, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the CNG and PNG industry.
