Deputy Manager/Manager - International Sales - Manufacturing Business (3-7 yrs)
Reports To : Vice President - Sales
Location: Mumbai
Department: EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the Sales & Business Development in Central & South Africa markets by appointing and managing distributors thus ensuring that it contributes to the overall achievement of the organization's goals.
- Should work closely with distributor team to increase share of account in dealer & fleets.
- Monitor sell in sell out of stock of distributor & implement business plan to increase the sale.
- Motivate & train distributor sales team and manage good relationship with network partners.
- Identify new business opportunity through identifying new product required in the region.
- Execute plans that helps in attaining the long term priorities and objectives set for the region.
- Ensures achievement of Country wise / distributor wise and Product wise revenue and profitability targets defined for the region.
- Work with cross functional team to channelize resources to service the customer need & fulfill expectation.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and create value across distribution chain in the market.
- Acts as an good ambassador and representative of the company to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships in the region.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field.
- Min 3 - Max 4 years- experience in managing distributor sales & business development in Central & South Africa.
- Excellent Communication skills. Communication in French is must.
- Industry knowledge is desirable.
- Ability to travel in the territory up to 50-60% of the time.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements to current systems, as well as establish new Processes.
