Deputy Manager/ Managers- Direct Sales
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Executes sales strategies and action plan to achieve goals.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and amenities.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and amenities
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Handle customer walk-ins for sales generation
- Regular follow-ups with running leads for closure
- Coordinate with CRM and site team for possession of flat
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and responding to their inquiries and complaints to achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
- Direct and supervise sales activities of employees based at site,
- Keep accurate sales records/ project inventory and be able to provide clear revenue figures to management whenever required.( Preparation of MIS and its presentation).
- Develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote new business.
- Ensure weekly/monthly reports & comments are be submitted by relevant deadlines.
- Keep up to date with market information: set up & regularly

- Budgeted CTC: 4.00 lacs to 5.0 Lakhs P.A+ Incentive
