Deputy Manager/Manager - Corporate Sales & Broking (3-7 yrs)
Position Title : Area CSB
Level/Grade/Designation : DM/Manager
Locations : Hyderabad/Bangalore
Department : Corporate Sales & Broking
- New business development - commercial lines (non EB - preferred Property Engineering marine etc)
- With excellent business development relations with commercial brokers/ intermediaries.
- Having complete knowledge and understanding and relationships with Large commercial clients.
- Technical Knowledge of commercial lines.
- Willing to operate in a particular territory/ set of intermediaries/ direct clients as may be allocated from time to time.
- With an open mind to look at things in a new way with no pre-conceived notions.
- Experienced and currently working within the city / state (no outside candidates)
- Relevant experience with a GI company and/or large commercial lines broker.
- Target oriented
- Willing to work under pressure with daily/ weekly business productivity
- High frequency of local travelling involved (must have own vehicle)
- Self-motivated and go getter

-Underwriting Quotations Generation and negotiation and Technical support Clients/ brokers/ agents/ surveyors/ others (depending upon the geography/ channel allocated by the management from time to time New Business development / renewal retention and servicing
- Operations Document issuance
- Finance/ Accounts All type of financial transactions including refund, brokerages, reimbursements et al.
IT - IT related issues
HR - HR related matters
Claims Claims related matters

- Preferred qualification in Insurance (non life subject)
- Preferred experience of 3-6years
CTC - 7LPA-12 LPA
- Skills - New business development, client / intermediary engagement, relationship management internally as well as externally, excellent oral and written communication skills, Email etiquettes, Humble, Aggressive for business, Leadership and decision making capabilities, Time management, Receptive to new ideas
