Deputy Manager/Manager - Channel Sales (7-13 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline, preferably engineers/ Post Graduation in Management is preferred
Years of experience : Minimum 7 -10 Years of relevant experience.
Functional Skills :
- To drive the business through Channel Partners
- Appointments and managing dealers for the Business in the Area
- To promote business in Institutional Segment like Corporates and Big Jewelers
- Market Coverage and business volumes
- To work with System Integrators and Architects
- Good techno commercial experience in B2B and Channel Sales
Behavioral :
- Good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove himself/ herself, should have an attitude of honoring commitments
Responsibilities :
- To monitor sales and marketing activities of the area and achieve targeted sales of Products
- To develop the Sales Strategy for the defined territory & ensuring execution in line with the agreed annual plans and time lines.
- To explore new growth opportunities for developing additional business in the area.
- To ensure timely collection to maintain targeted daily outstanding (DSO)
- To expand our presence in unrepresented areas of the state by appointing new/extending channel partner's operations
- To ensure the channel partners are achieving their targets and guide them by implementing the systems and processes
