Deputy Manager/Manager - Business Development - Plastic Industry (10-18 yrs)

Should have experience with Plastic Industry
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the Company's marketing initiative.
- To carry out market research and analysis to direct marketing strategies and planning.
- Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecast.
- To oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products and services.
- Develop, lead and execute business development strategies in line with organization's long term and short term goals.
- Generate new business through marketing, sales and brand building actives.
- Strategize and align the future requirement of the customers.
- Workout Project cost, prepare quotations, negotiate and finalize business deals.
- Customer Management - Enquiry/Query Management, Presentations, and Customers visits etc.
- Works within the department budget to develop cost effective marketing plans for each product or service.
- Tracks all marketing and sales activities and creates details written reports and verbal presentations to bring to reporting authority.
